3. Online: Use your library card to browse the collection and place a hold at orford.evergreencatalog.com.
Call or email if you do not know or have your library card number.
Materials will be checked out to you and left on the porch by our next open day, wrapped in paper with your name on it. You will be contacted when the materials are available for pick up.

Evergreen Catalog
Evergreen Catalog is our online digital catalog and circulation system that can be used to renew books, place holds, build a list of the books you’ve read or would like to read and peruse the collections of both the Orford Social and Free libraries.

To access the catalog, visit orford.evergreencatalog.com. Your library card number is your login and the last four digits of your phone number are your password.
New Hampshire Downloadables
Visit https://libbyapp.com. Access e-books and audio books through https://libbyapp.com (password is the last 4 digits of your phone number).
Interlibrary Loan
If you’d like a book that Is not in our collection, you can request we try to get a copy from another library in New Hampshire. Please send an email or call with the title and author of the book or DVD. Our van delivery is every Wednesday.
Rotating Collection
We belong to the Librarians of the Upper Valley (LUV) Coop and get a new selection of DVDs every other month and Audio books every 3 months. Check to see if they are available in our catalog: orford.evergreencatalog.com.
Museum Passes
The Friends of the Orford Libraries buy passes to local museums for patron use. Email or call to reserve a pass! You can pick up your pass the day before or day of your visit, but call to reserve.
